National CMO is an institution that carries out the coordination and supervises the royalties collected by the CMOs under them. Public places or activities that use music, such as cafes, karaokes and performing arts eventually will have to pay the royalties regulated by this institution.
This institution is expected to collect, manage and distribute royalties to the creators and the related right owners. With the establishment of National CMO, the creator’s rights especially economic rights can be expected to be obtained.
