Jakarta – Ministry of Law and Human Rights inaugurated and took the oath of 19 high officials consisting of 3 director generals and 16 directors, Monday (04/05/2020). The inauguration and oath-taking of these high officials within the Ministry of Law and Human Rights were conducted officially by the Minister of Law and Human Rights, Yasonna H Laoly at Graha Pengayoman, Secretariat General – Jakarta.
At the start of the ceremony the Presidential Decree Number 77 TPA of 2020 on the Appointment of Senior High Management Positions in the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia is recited and continued with the Decision of Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia Number SEK-02:KP.03.03 of 2020 on the Appointment of High Management Positions in the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia.
In his remark, Yasonna said that in any assignments public servants must be able to adapt, consolidate existing resources and synergize with new people.
And then Yasonna also discussed that holding an important and strategic positions in the government structure, director generals should be proficient with performance targets and accommodating the achievement of those specified targets. “Follow the PASTI principles (Professional, Accountable, Synergy, Transparent and Innovative) at work and give report structurally to the Minister of Law and Human Rights. Prove that the officials of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights have high integrity, a good and solid teamwork ethic, hardworking, and make achievements for this country in a Professional, Accountable, Synergy, Transparent and Innovative way, we are PASTI!” he added.
The three inaugurated director generals are Jhoni Ginting as Director General of Imigration, Reinhard Silitonga as Director General of Corrections and Andap Budhi Revianto as Inspector General. Furthermore, Sucipto was also inaugurated as Director of Information Tecnology of Intellectual Property together with the other 15 directors in the the Ministry of Law and Human Rights. (MP)
